I love getting to photograph all the special moments in people lives.  When a maternity photo opportunity arises, I'm honored to be able to document that special time in a couple's life.  Here's a couple from a summertime photoshoot with a wonderful young couple about to meet their first child!

Erica + Bart :: Married

I had the pleasure of shooting Erica and Bart's reception this past June and I'm only just now getting to post some photos!  That shows you how busy I've been the last few months.  There are so many weddings I have to get posted up here it's almost overwhelming :)

This awesome couple actually got married in St. Lucia (I couldn't talk them into taking me for some reason) and then had a big reception back here in western NY.  And though I didn't get to travel, I was more than happy to document their party :)
The reception was held at the beautiful Brook-Lea Country Club in Gates, NY.  I didn't even know this gem was just around the corner from me!  What a great location, and the staff was awesome too.

Since I'm so far behind in my blogging, here are just a few shots from the day:

Sarah + Stephen :: Married

I've gotten quite behind in updating the blog!
It was a busy June, and it started off right with this beautiful wedding down on Cayuta Lake:

The whole event was at the wonderful Fontainebleau Inn.  This was our first time there, and hopefully it won't be the last.

Michelle + Mike :: Prego

Heather and I were so happy to be able to do a maternity shoot with an awesome couple this past weekend!

We went to the George Eastman House Saturday morning, and enjoyed the great weather :)

Congrats you guys, can't wait to meet her!

The beautiful Whittemore Center Arena was an awesome place for a double header!

Meghan + Reinian :: married

Heather and I had the pleasure of photographing this wonderful couple's wedding event this past weekend in Skaneateles, NY.  It was a bit of drive, but man it was worth it!

They did not want to spoil the ceremony, so did not want to see each other prior.  BUT, they had this great idea to have a special moment in the same area together before the ceremony!  We set it up so they could not possibly see each other, but they were able to chat, and then reach around the corner and touch!  It was so sweet, yes I cried :)

The whole event took place at The Lodge at Welch Allyn, and I can not say enough good things about this venue.  

The staff were all top-notch and well, it was a gorgeous place to get married!

The weather wasn't too bad either, so we were able to get outdoors a little bit too!

Roller Derby :: Scar Wars bout photos

So I was lucky enough to shoot the travel season finale last november!

I know, it took me long enough to get these up :)  But here are a couple photos from

that awesome double header at the dome arena.

The dome was PACKED, here is a shot I got early while there was still a huge line coming in!

Both of the Rochester teams edged out there opponents in some fantastic bouts!

The RocStars and B-sides are playing again at the dome on Feb 18th,

better get your tickets ASAP.  I'm pretty sure the suicide seats are already sold out!
